For churches

Welcome every visitor by name, next week too.

First-time visitors often leave before anyone gets their details. A tap at the door or the welcome table gives them your service times and location, and gives your team a way to say hello again.

In plain words

What TapQip does for a church.

TapQip is a card with a chip inside. When a visitor holds it to their phone, your church's profile opens: service times, location, ministries and who to contact. They don't download anything or create an account.

With one short form, visitors can share their name and contact details with you. They arrive in your dashboard, where your welcome team can note what someone was looking for — a small group, volunteering, prayer — and mark who needs a follow-up.

Each ministry leader can have their own card, and when someone steps down, the card passes to the next person.

See it happen

What happens on a Sunday morning.

A family visits for the first time and stops at the welcome table.

  1. A greeter offers a tap

Your profile opens with service times, location and ministries.

  2. They share their details

A short form sends you their name, email and phone.

  3. Your team takes note

Tag them as a first-time visitor and note what they asked about.

  4. Someone follows up

Marked for follow-up, they hear from you during the week.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Do visitors need an app?

No. The card opens your profile in their phone's browser, and the QR code works with any camera.

Can we track first-time visitors?

When a visitor shares their details, they land in your contact list, where you can tag and note them. We don't track anyone who doesn't share.

Can each ministry have its own card?

Yes. On Qip Teams each leader has their own card and profile under the church's branding.

Is there a discount for churches?

Not at the moment. You can start on Hi for free and upgrade when you're ready.
