Pricing FAQ
Only the price and how cards are handled. Features never change with how you pay. Annual plans include your first card. Monthly plans add a one-time $29 card & setup charge, only when we supply the card.
Yes. Upgrades take effect as soon as payment succeeds and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Your identity isn't deleted. Extras beyond what your remaining plan allows are archived, not deleted, and come back if you resubscribe. Cancelling doesn't automatically issue a refund.
You get 14 days with everything still working while you update your payment method. After that your account falls back to what you own. Your cards keep working.
$24. A replacement keeps your profile, link and history.
No. Taps, scans and profile views have no quota on any plan, Hi included.
$7 per seat per month or $70 per seat per year, with a minimum of 3 paid seats ($210 a year). Annual seats include a card each, including seats you add later. Monthly seats don't include a card: each card we supply has a one-time $29 card & setup charge, and there's no charge for a card your team already has.
Existing subscriptions keep the price they were sold at. See the Terms.
Hi costs nothing and isn't a trial. Decide about a card or a subscription when you're ready.
