For nonprofits

Turn every introduction into a supporter.

At an event, a stall or a community meeting, people want to help — then go home and forget your name. A tap gives them your mission, how to get involved and a way to stay in touch, and gives you their details to follow up.

In plain words

What TapQip does for a nonprofit.

TapQip is a card with a chip inside. When someone holds it to their phone, your organization's profile opens in their browser: who you are, what you do, how to volunteer or get in touch. No app, no sign-up.

They can save your contact, and send you their own details with one short form. Those details land in your dashboard, where you can tag them — volunteer, supporter, partner — add a note, and mark who needs a follow-up.

When volunteers or staff change, the profile and cards stay with the organization, not the person.

See it happen

What happens at your next event.

Someone stops at your stall and asks how they can help.

  1. They tap your card

Your profile opens with your mission, programs and how to get involved.

  2. They share back

A short form sends you their name, email and phone.

  3. You sort it later

Tag them as a volunteer or supporter and note what they were interested in.

  4. You follow up

Mark them for follow-up so someone reaches out while they're still keen.

What you get

Built for the way nonprofits connect.

The same tools a business uses, put to work for your cause.

  • Collect contacts

Volunteers and supporters send their details from your profile; you see them all in one list.

  • Tags and notes

Mark who wants to volunteer, partner or just hear more, and remember the conversation.

  • Follow-up status

Mark who needs a reply so nobody slips through the cracks.

  • Book a conversation

Let partners or volunteers book a call or a visit from your profile.

  • Cards for your people

On Qip Teams, give staff and program leads their own cards under your branding.

  • Hand cards on

When someone moves on, take the card back and give it to the next person.

Getting set up

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Create your organization's profile

Choose Nonprofit / Organization, then add your mission, programs and contact details.

  2. Choose what to show

Programs, location, the area you serve, and one main button — contact, visit or book.

  3. Hand out cards

Give them to staff and volunteers, and put your QR code on flyers and banners.
